Pigeon Forge is about 27 miles East of Knoxville.
It's a combination of Disneyland and Las Vegas. It's not the negative things you may vision when you hear LasVegas, but rather the fun architecture and fun adult and kid things to do. Get a room, you could spend days here.
From King Kong Hanging off the Hollywood Wax Museum, to the Titanic to upside down buildings. World Class Dinner Shows of all kinds, countless (ok, may six or more) race-car arcades. zip lines, snow tubing (year around), simulated sky diving, miniature golfing, the largest outlets in East Tennessee, Alcatraz, Dollywood, Four Star dining, spas, first class hotels and rentals, it goes on and on.
